I had dinner at the Three Horseshoes restaurant where they have a "Black Rock" grill where you cook your own piece of meat. I went with Chris (not pictured), Matt (not pictured) and his wife Megan, Jennifer, Brent, Ken G.I had a fillet on black lava rock which you cook the meat yourself and a lemon desert:
